The hotel staff is wonderful! They made our stay very comfortable and helped us in many ways. They spoke English very well. I highly recommend this hotel. The location is surprising peaceful for such a lively area of the city. There are many wonderful restaurants and bars within walking distance. And the metro is less than a five minute walk away. We felt very well taken care of here and had fun in the city. We loved Santiago!

We had the deluxe twin room and it was nicely furnished and perfectly comfortable in a french colonial style. Absolutely perfect and excellent location, next to various sights, we visited a museum and a main street. Distance to the airport was just 25 km😀

Couple looking for a charming escape
I really enjoyed the lovely courtyard here, it was like an oasis in the city! Plus, the staff treated us like family, always ready to help and chat.
Yeah, it wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience was worth the price.

Truly enjoyed incredible service.
The location was unbeatable and good, relatively close to Costanera Center. There were restaurants and bars with a wide array of food. We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner.

Oh man, the cold cuts at breakfast were next level! I feasted on an array of delicious meats that paired perfectly with fresh bread. The ambiance is pure charm, and the staff's hospitality? Great! Plus, the serene garden is the ultimate chill spot to kick back after a day out.
Honestly, there's really nothing to complain about. If you're after the big hotel vibe with a pool and flashy bar, this isn't it, but the intimate charm of Le Reve steals the show.

charming stay with a few quirks
The courtyard was a lovely escape from the city noise, perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation. The really good laundry service really impressed us. After traveling extensively, getting our laundry back on the same day was a huge relief. The luxurious bathroom with fluffy towels and quality toiletries offered a touch of comfort we appreciated. The delicious breakfast selection was good, especially the fresh bread and meats.
Our room felt a bit tight with all our luggage.

My stay at Hotel Boutique Le Reve could not have been better. The hotel is beautiful, in a great neighborhood--Providencia. The lobby, breakfast and reception area a lovely. The breakfast was wonderful. The room and beds are extremely comfortable. This is definitely a boutique hotel. It's intimate, but not loud or cramped. There are many restaurants, including El huerto, an amazing vegetarian restaurant, right across the street. It's easy to catch a cab to other parts of the easy, or take the Metro a block away. The friendly and professional staff did a great job helping me rent a car and plan my trip to Valparaiso for the day. Le reve was the perfect hotel for a perfect trip to Santiago.
The bottles of wine in the room are about 60 US$. If you go to the main street and walk a couple of blocks you can get the same and better bottles for about 10$.

We liked the position, the breakfast was fantastic, the rooms and facilities excellent and the general ambience of the hotel very appealing. The staff were very helpful and the restautrant recommendation they gave was great.
Did not like the fact Ihad to have the front desk open thje door to let me in. Would have preferred that the room access card allowed this

This hotel was a major reason our 5-day trip to Santiago was so fantastic and memorable. Their front desk service was impeccable, beginning with their willingness to accommodate our arrival 8 hours before check-in time. The front desk was also able to exchange currency, which was extremely convenient. Our hotel room met both of our expectations. The room was large enough for two people and included a very comfortable bed, many lighting options, large flat screen television and a top notch bathroom. The hotel's first floor library and courtyard are treasures; they are intimate and relaxing. Our stay also included a complimentary breakfast buffet of freshly prepared juices, coffee and tea as well as local fruits and vegetables, breads and pastries, crepes, meats, cheeses, and hot eggs. There were also evening snacks (e.g. nuts, dried fruit and cookies) and a selection of spirits and liqueurs available to guests in the late afternoon and evening. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
